Project Data: Fence project details you create, including property addresses, fence measurements, material selections, quotes, work orders, and customer contact information.

If you choose to connect your QuickBooks account, we access your QuickBooks data solely to sync customers, estimates, and invoices between Visual Fence Pro and your QuickBooks account. We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain this connection. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from your Settings page, which immediately revokes our access.

Your data belongs to you. All project data, customer information, quotes, and work orders you create in Visual Fence Pro are owned by you. You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting us.
We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days in case you reactivate. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your authentication session and application preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
On our public marketing pages (such as our homepage, resources, and signup pages), we use RB2B, a visitor identification service. RB2B uses cookies and similar technologies to identify business visitors to our website. This data is used solely for our own marketing and sales purposes — to understand who is interested in our product and to follow up with relevant information.
